Fry Tofu with egg

  • 1) Clean tofu with water cut the it into size of 5cm x 5cm x 1cm
  • 2) Smash egg (1 piece) with a little of salt;
  • 3) Dip tofu in the egg one by one;
  • 4) Heat oil (about 10 ml) in a pan,
  • 5) Fry tofu in the pan with small fire until the color little change. Turn over fry other side.
  • 6) Remove the fried tofu into a plate. Add little salt and other sauces or flavor you like.
  • 7) It’s ready to serve.

Boiling tofu

  • 1) wash tofu and cut into 8 pieces equally;
  • 2) put the tofu into boiling water and boil about 2 minutes;
  • 3) remove the tofu into a plate;
  • 4) Cut spring onion and coriander into very small size; put them on the top of tofu. Add little salt, sesame oil (or cooked oil) and other flavors you like on the top.
  • 5) It’s ready to serve (better use spoon to eat).

Fry tofu with shrimp and vegetables

  • 1) Wash and cut tofu into size of 2cm*2cm*2cm.
  • 2) Cut the green pepper into the similar size.
  • 3) Clean the and cut shrimp about 2cm long.
  • 4) Cut garlic and ginger into small size.
  • 5) Heat oil (about 20ml) in a wok until very hot.
  • 6) Put garlic and ginger into the wok and then immediately put the tofu in. Stir fry with a spatula. Turn them over and over about one minute.
  • 7) Then put the green pepper and shrimp into the wok, stir fry and turn them again about one minute.
  • 8) Add about half glass water in the wok; cover the wok, stew with small fire about 5 minutes.
  • 9) Turn off the fire, add salt, soy sauce (if available) and other flavors you like.
  • 10) Move to a plate and ready to serve.
